I'm Mónica Segura Córdoba, a clinical and organizational psychologist with a Master's in Brief Strategic Therapy from the Centro di Terapia Strategica (Italy), a Master's in Sexology and Couples Therapy from Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, and a degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Salle.

Our work bridges clinical intervention and organizational psychology, grounded in a practical, solution-oriented approach. I've had the privilege of partnering with multinationals like Amazon, Coca-Cola, Pfizer, 3M, Roche, PepsiCo, Coloplast, Eaton, DHL, and Stryker — designing and delivering workshops, talks, and wellbeing programs for their teams.

As a certified Career Direct® consultant, I guide individuals and organizations through self-discovery, career orientation, and professional development. I've spoken at national and international conferences and created content for media outlets including Radio Bésame, Radio Fides, and national television.

My career includes roles at Lyra Health as an organizational psychologist, Avantem Latam as a senior consultant, and Enfoque a la Familia as an associate specialist — always committed to transforming people and organizations through evidence, empathy, and strategy.
